Personalized Therapy Services
When you know something needs to change—but you're not sure how.
Sometimes there is a specific problem that brings you to therapy.
Sometimes there isn't.
Maybe you're anxious all the time. Maybe you're exhausted from taking care of everyone else. Maybe a relationship has become difficult. Maybe you're struggling with boundaries, grief, parenting, or experiences from your past.
Or maybe you simply have the persistent feeling that you don't want to keep living on autopilot.
Therapy can give you space to slow down and figure out what's really going on.
What we can work on
I work with adults around a range of concerns, including:
Anxiety and chronic worry
Depression and feeling stuck
Stress and overwhelm
Relationship patterns and codependency
Boundaries and people-pleasing
Family conflict
Parenting challenges
Grief and loss
Trauma and difficult past experiences
LGBTQIA+ concerns
Substance use and its impact on relationships
Major life transitions
You don't have to check a particular box to benefit from therapy.
Sometimes the most important starting point is simply recognizing:
"I want something to feel different."
What therapy might look like
We'll spend time understanding both what's happening now and the patterns that may have brought you here.
We'll explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, experiences, and behaviors—and how they all influence one another.
And we'll work toward something practical: helping you feel more capable of handling the situations, relationships, and emotions that life inevitably brings.
The goal isn't to eliminate every difficult feeling.
It's to help you understand yourself better and have more choices in how you respond.
